All the production facilities were designed and installed specifically for stainless steel processing ensuring close tolerances and optimal surface finish.

Capable of producing one-off or high-volume machining in aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, composites and timber. With a maximum size of 4000 x 2500mm, and a maximum thickness of 20mm, we can cut, groove, chamfer, channel, engrave and drill almost any design.
Cashmores provides first-stage manufacturing facilities for piercing, notching and embossing.
With Cashmores’ in-house facilities, and where necessary the services of carefully selected sub-contractors, Cashmores offers flexible solutions to provide components at or near net shape according to customer requirements.
Extending our many production routes to take materials closer to final form, we now fabricate small assemblies on site using our punching, cropping, drilling, bending and tapping facilities to help our customers reduce their internal waste and costs in pre-production.
A range of protective coatings is available according to customer’s needs including laser and fibre compatible options.
